Vamos conseguir o resultado se cada um fizer a sua parte. Os que vão conseguir mais serão os que pedirem ajuda na hora certa.

The deadline is tight but the goal is clear. I'm going to manage to finish before Friday if no surprises appear. My partner is going to get the client she's been negotiating with for two months. We're going to achieve the result if each person does their part. Those who are going to achieve most will be the ones who ask for help at the right time.

Futuro Formal

Formal future — "shall/will." More common in writing than speech.
